Do you have a physical shop? No — The Allergy Shop operates exclusively online at theallergyshop.com.au. All orders are dispatched from Sydney and delivered Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post E-Parcel, with tracking details emailed to you after dispatch.
Do you offer click and collect? No — click and collect is not available. All orders are shipped directly to your nominated delivery address.
How do I place an order on The Allergy Shop? Browse the website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via PayPal or credit card through E-Way. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a tracking email once your parcel is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes. Use the Contact Us page on our website to reach the team quickly.
What payment methods does The Allergy Shop accept? We accept major credit and debit cards via E-Way, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Our checkout is SSL encrypted and all payments are handled by industry-trusted payment gateways.
Do you ship everywhere in Australia? Yes — we ship Australia-wide and internationally every day. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight, quoted in Australian dollars.
What are the shipping costs? Within Australia: standard delivery is $6.95, express delivery is $11.95 (parcels under 1 kg), and orders over $150 qualify for free delivery. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
What is the delivery time? After dispatch you'll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Most Australian parcels arrive within a few business days. Express delivery (under 1 kg) is available for faster service. Australia Post delivery times may vary — check auspost.com.au for current updates.
Do I need to sign on delivery? All orders require a signature upon delivery by default. If you prefer authority to leave, add your instructions in the checkout notes field and we will pass them on to Australia Post.
I haven't received my tracking details — what should I do? Tracking details are emailed automatically once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven't received them, your order may not yet have been dispatched, the email may have gone to your junk or spam folder, or the email address on your account may be incorrect. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Do you ship to New Zealand and other countries? Yes — we ship internationally on a daily basis. To calculate shipping costs for New Zealand or any other country, simply add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address at checkout. The system will display the shipping fee in Australian dollars before payment.
What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free return policy within a specified timeframe. Do you sell TUBIFAST wet wrap garments? Yes — we stock the full TUBIFAST range for children and adults, including vests, leggings, gloves, and socks. What is DermaSilk and who is it suitable for? DermaSilk is a range of antimicrobial silk clothing designed for people with eczema and sensitive skin, available for men, women, and children (including babies).
