• SMALL (youth under 10 years) -- under 9 cm (3.55 inches)
• MEDIUM (10 years old to petite adult) -- up to 10 cm (3.85 inches) 
• MEDIUM + (small to normal adult) -- 10cm (3.85 in to 4 inches)
• LARGE (most adults) -- over 10.16 cm (4 inches) 
• XL (very large adults) -- over 11 cm (4.4 inches)
