- Do you have a physical shop?
No, we do not have a physical shop. We operate exclusively as an online business. Our products are available for purchase solely through our online platform, and they will be delivered via E-Parcel through Australia Post (Tracking details will be emailed to you).
- Do you offer "click and collect"?
Unfortunately, purchases cannot be collected on-site. Instead, orders will be shipped to your nominated delivery address.
- Do you ship everywhere in Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia wide and internationally on a daily basis.
- Do I need to sign on delivery?
All orders require a signature upon delivery for added security and peace of mind. If you prefer not to sign upon delivery, please feel free to leave your instructions in the checkout note box.
- What are the shipping costs?
In Australia we have 2 flat fees: $6.95 for normal parcels and $11.95 for express delivery (max 1 kg) and a free delivery for orders over $150.

For international orders fees are based on the location and weight of the parcel. For international delivery you can place an order and before payment the system will calculate shipping charges in Australian dollars.
- What is the delivery time?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery time for all orders. In Australia, parcels typically arrive within a few days. Express delivery is an option available for orders weighing less than 1 kg.

- I haven't received my tracking details.
Every order once dispatched will receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received your tracking details your parcel has either not been dispatched yet, the email sent went into your junk mail or the email provided is not correct. For any concern about your order please contact us.
- What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy for products within a specified timeframe. Please be aware that due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened and used. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.
